About Us:
Happy Holidays, in England and Wales, is run by Debbie & Michael Warren. Debbie has been a carer for over 30 years, working with Adults and Children with a Learning Disability, the elderly and those with a mental health problem. Michael is a Youth and Community worker, who has owned his own restaurants, and been involved with Holidays for adults with a Learning Disability for over 15 years in various different ways.
Happy Holidays, in Scotland, is run by Judith and Alex Shankly from Glasgow have been working with us for some years.
Alex has 21 years experience of working with Adults with Learning and Physical Disabilities, Rehabilitation, The Elderly and Dementia.
Judith has over 10 years experience in Social Work and Community Youth Work in addition to experience in the Care field.
We have experienced Staff on all holidays, those in the UK have been Police Checked, If needed extra care can be provided, and on some holidays up to 2 wheel chairs can be taken.
Working with us are Paula Gomes from Northern Portugal who has been working with us for 15 years, Paula speaks fluent English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and of course Portuguese. Diana and Lee have had many years experience of Adults with a Learning Disability running Care Homes and Holidays.

We also do Wills for Clients, simple Wills only. For more information please contact Mike on 0151 208 3087 or email him. These are done by post and we will send a questionnaire to the Client or Carer, produce the Will and keep a signed copy in our office, with the Client having the original. The normal cost is £75.00p - Do not let the Government get your money, leave it to a loved one.

According to Thomas Cook in the UK , some holidaymakers are just never satisfied
Here are the top ten most bizarre and genuine customer complaints received by the firm in recent years:
1 On my holiday to Goa in India , I was disgusted to find that almost every restaurant served curry. I don't like spicy food at all.
2 The beach was too sandy.
3 I bought a snorkel and swimming mask for my six-year-old son, but he was too upset to use them as the fish frightened him.
4 It rained on my birthday.
5 Topless sunbathing on the beach should be banned. The holiday was ruined as my husband spent all day looking at other women.
6 I think it should be explained in the brochure that the local store does not sell proper biscuits like custard creams or ginger nuts.
7 It's lazy of the local shopkeepers to close in the afternoons. I often needed to buy things during 'siesta' time - this should be banned.
8 We bought 'Ray-Ban' sunglasses for five Euros (£3.50) from a street trader, only to find out they were fake.
9 None of the hotel staff was English, and the tea didn't taste the same as at home.
10 I would like to complain about the price of alcohol in the resort. It was too cheap and I woke with a hangover every day.
